Jordan Sadler, MS, CCC/SLP and Liesl Wenzke Hartmann, MA, CCC/SLP, have partnered to create the Tune in, Connect, Have Fun! curriculum that will be used to embed social emotional learning into the new show Flummox & Friends!
Flummox & Friends is a live-action comedy designed to be enjoyed by those children in our lives who might be described as socially "quirky" - whether they have a formal diagnosis (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's, ADHD) or not. But it's not just meant to be viewed by families - this show will be ideal for teachers to use in general education classrooms and for therapists working with kids on social emotional development to add to our bags of tricks!
This blog post describes how we became involved in this exciting project, and here are some links to articles and blog posts about the show:

Flummox & Friends is currently in the fundraising phase of development. To that end, we have created a Kickstarter video for interested parties to watch (including a snippet of some of our fabulous actors!) and there is an opportunity to help us raise the $30,000 we need to shoot our pilot episode. Our Kickstarter campaign will end on Friday, December 9. If we have reached our goal by then, all of the pledged money will be received; if we have not, we will not get any of the pledges. Please take a moment to visit the site, donate to this great project, and then share the link with others! You will be making a difference in the lives of many wonderful, quirky kids.
